My Approach:
I am target-focused and structured. I identify specific memories, triggers, and negative cognitions, and move through the standard phases of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. I prioritize safety and regulation first. Before any reprocessing, I make sure clients have grounding skills and emotional stability. I help shift negative core beliefs. I work with mind, body, and memory simultaneously. I work specifically with trauma and grief. I work with clients 10 years old and older. If you are someone who identifies as having experienced trauma or grief, I would love to work with you. I also help those experiencing anxiety and depression.
What is it Like to Work With Me:
I offer my clients a gentle and compassionate space. I use a structured, trauma-informed approach to help clients reprocess distressing experiences, reduce emotional reactivity, and develop more adaptive beliefs—while prioritizing safety, regulation, and the client’s natural healing process.
Fun Facts About Me:
I love to go camping on my weekends off
I love history
I have a dog named Falkor (yes, from The Neverending Story)
