Individual Counseling

one-on-one space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences with the support of a trained therapist. It's helpful for managing stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, or simply gaining a better understanding of yourself. Together, we work toward goals that matter to you—whether that’s healing from the past, building confidence, or finding new ways to cope and grow.

Counseling for Couples

for partners who want to improve communication, strengthen their relationship, or work through challenges like conflict, disconnection, or major life changes. It’s a space to be heard and understood, learn new tools, and rebuild trust and connection—whether you're dating, married, or anywhere in between.
Note: Alex is the only therapist currently accepting couples and she is only available daytime hours with limited in person options.
