My Approach

I specialize in working with children from ages 3-18 who have suffered from abuse, trauma, anxiety, social anxiety, and many life changes. I also enjoy working with young adults, and parents of various ages. As I often utilize Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with individuals who have suffered trauma, I also strive to adapt my approach to fit client needs.

What It’s Like to Work With Me

I utilize my individualized approach to help clients decrease emotional distress and increase their wellbeing by allowing clients’ the space to openly express themselves. As it can be intimidating to tell an outsider your hardships, I strive to create a warm, empathetic, and safe environment.
